Is it available a triple room/a double room with twin beds? How many rooms you have?

Soloroma is a 2 rooms b&b, we can arrange up to 2 people in the Blueroom with a double bed japanese futon, no twin beds. The bed is about 20cm (7.9 inches) tall from the ground so it is not suggested the stay for people with motion issues. The Yellow room is a budget small single no windows room

  What about the environment?

Informal and easy, it's a real flat and I'm living in the room next to yours with a cute small cat, no shared lounge room so if you wish to have a talk, make a coffe or have a smoke you can get into the kitchen whenever you wish.

You can check-in after 01:00 PM and check-out within 9:30 AM.
It is important to email me your estimated check-in time

  Is it possible to check-in before 01:00 PM?

Could be it if no check-out is occuring on the same day, otherways you're welcome to leave your bags in the morning, get the keys and check-in whenever but after 01:00pm. Please ask me before you do

  We have the flight in the evening, is it possible to check-out later than 9:30 AM?

No, but you're welcome to leave your bags in the hallway and pick them up later. We will setup a meeting for this but you can't keep the keys in any way. On the other hand you can leave your bags at Termini Railway Station Left Luggage/Lost and Found (located at the far left sidewalk), fare is €3.80 for the first 5 hours, €0.60/hour for additional time. A new luggage deposit is located 100 meters from here

  We're arriving with a car, are there any parking facilities?

You can park along the roads within the blue stripes, price is €1.00 per hour and it is free from 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM and in feast days or sundays, more facilities within some private garages which are close by. Another option is to leave your car at Cipro Metro A, the monitored parking will cost you €3.50 per day

  When can we arrange the payment?

You're welcome to pay at your check-in if you wish not to keep cash money with you, otherways due to some last minute payment issues occurred in the past, payment/balance will be settled by cash at least one day before your departure.
Wish to pay with PayPal? Add 4% to your balance. No other payments accepted.

  Any time limits to get into the b&b?

You will get the keys, no curfew no lockout

  At what time will you serve the breakfast in the morning and where?

The kitchen table is already with all the microwave/heater/gasfire instructions and your stuff is on the refridgerator upper shelf, so you can wake up whenever and help yourself with your starting meal

  Any air conditioning extra charge?

Air conditioning is free, please just kindly turn it off with the lights as well when leaving the Blueroom

  I can't find the mirror light switch in the bathroom

With the mirror in front, the light switch is on your right, next to the socket. Please don't use the upper lamp switch. Next to the socket on the left is the boiler switch, if you accidentally turn it off be sure to keep it on again towards the I icon

  Can we use the refrigerator to store drinks or food?

Definitely

  Is the tap water drinkable?

Yes

  Can we use the kitchen?

Kitchen use has a daily charge of 5euros, after every preparation you would kindly do your dishes and put the stuff back in their right places.

  Can we smoke in the Blueroom or in the Yellow room?

No, you can smoke in the kitchen

  Can we place calls from your landline?

Unfortunately not, but the public phones down the building accept CC. On the other hand you can call ordinary phone numbers with a SkypeOut credit through the laptop, price is €0.02/minute to any european and US landline, still Skype calls are free to any Skype PC user. Push holding the 'Alt Gr' key then the '@' key, otherways copy and paste the @ from a web page or from one of your emails

A couple are located at the Vatican Museum parallel road (Via Sebastiano Veniero), opening hours 09:00AM-08:00PM, Sundays break time 01:00PM-04:00PM

  I know there is a long line for the Vatican Museums, what is the best hour to avoid the queue?

Get into the line after 12:00PM, most of the year entrance is until 04:30PM. Sundays is closed, the last month's Sunday it is free. From November to February entrance is until 12:20PM. Check the Vatican Museums website for the closing days and opening hours during the year.   Where is the nearest stop to get an 'hop-in and hop-off' bus?

I suggest you to get the double-deck 110 line red bus, stop is located in Via della Conciliazione which is the main road leading St. Peter Basilica

  Where can we buy a public transport ticket and how long time does it last?

You can get the tickets at the newspaper kiosks or at the tobacconists, metro stations has ticket offices and machines as well, price is €1.00, you can get any bus and one metro ride within 75 minutes from the first stamp. If you're planning to have more bus trips during the day, a 24 hours ticket is worth the buy, price is €4.00. A tourist 3 day ticket is €11.00

  We are in a hurry, what should worth the visits?
